eStatements are retrieved through CBK’s “Secure Messaging” site, a completely secure site that requires a username and password. To sign up to receive these, you can come into the bank and fill out a form. Once enrolled, you will receive an e-mail each month when your statement is ready to be retrieved, directing you to the Secure Messaging site, you will enter your username and password, which will then take you to a page that looks almost like an inbox. From there, you can choose which message/statement you would like to view. Three months of e-mail notices are maintained in Secure Messaging. However, you can choose to move those statements over into your “My Safe” folder for continued online secure access. You may also choose to print the statements for safekeeping, save them on a flash drive, hard drive or CD or download them into your favorite budgeting software.
